利用流程改进优化医院药学工作

目的:利用流程改进提高工作效率,优化各项医院药学工作。方法:分析旧工作流程存在的问题,依据药库和药房(门诊、住院药房)的工作特点设计、实施新流程并进行评估。结果:通过取消部分工作环节实施新流程后,各项工作程序得到简化、效率提高,药品库存大幅下降,存销比由96.03%降至28.51%,住院药房药师被动等待医嘱时间及护士停留药房时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),门诊药房工作环境改善,患者取药等候时间由32.5 min缩短为12.5 min,调剂出门差错率由0.04%降低为0.01%。结论:流程改进能明显提高医院的药学工作水平。

Optimization of Hospital Pharmacy Work by Business Process Improving

OBJECTIVE：To improve efficiency through business process improving,and to optimize hospital pharmacy work.METHODS：The problems of previous process were analyzed,and then new business process was designed and implemented according to the characteristics of drug storage and pharmacy（outpatient and inpatient pharmacy）.RESULTS：With the implementation of new business process,all work processes had been simplified and the efficiency had been increased;drug inventory had been much reduced;stock-to-sale ratio had decreased from 96.03% to 28.51%;in the inpatient pharmacy,passive waiting time of pharmacists and nurses had been shorten（P〈0.05）.Outpatient pharmacy work had been improved,and the time of waiting for drug dispensing reduced from 32.5 min to 12.5 min;dispensing error rate reduced from 0.04% to 0.01%.CONCLUSIONS：Business process improving can significantly improve hospital pharmacy work.
