甘草酸二胺联合谷胱甘肽治疗抗结核药物性肝损伤

目的观察甘草酸二胺联合谷胱甘肽治疗抗结核药物性肝损伤的疗效。方法将63例抗结核药物性肝损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予甘草酸二胺注射液联合谷胱甘肽注射液治疗，对照组给予维生素C和门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗，疗程均为2周。观察和对比两组治疗前后的临床症状和体征、肝功能等变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96．9％，对照组总有效率为74．2％，治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。治疗组在治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、血清总胆红素（TBIL）较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．01），且三者的下降优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论甘草酸二胺联合谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物性肝损伤疗效明确，能够抗炎症反应，改善肝脏微循环，保护肝细胞受损，是临床治疗抗结核药物性肝损伤的有效方法之一。

Ganlixin combined with glutathione for treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury

Objective To observe the efficacy of ganlixin combined with glutathione for treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury.Methods Sixty-three cases of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were used ganlixin injection and glutathione injection intravenous drip.While the control group were treated with vitamin C injection and potassium-magnesium aspartate injection.The treatment were two weeks.To observe the two groups symptoms,signs and liver function changes before and after treatment.Results The treatment group's total efficiency was 96.9%,higher than that of the control group who's total efficiency was 74.2% (P<0.05).In the treatment group after treatment ALT,AST,TBIL significantly improved (P<0.01) than the pre-treatment and this decline were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ganlixin combined with glutathione for treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury can improve the microcirculation of the liver,protect the liver cell damage.It is one of the effective ways in the clinical treatment of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury.
