类风湿关节炎的生物治疗新进展

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以滑膜关节炎症和破坏为特征的自身免疫性疾病。RA与其他免疫系统疾病,如,强直性骨关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等有共同的发病机制,但也有其特殊性。传统治疗多以系统用药为主。随着其发病机制和相关细胞因子研究的深入,对RA治疗的研究主要集中在新型生物制剂的发展上。现就目前新型生物制剂的发展情况进行综述。

New Development in the Biological Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation and destruction of synovial arthritis.With other autoimmune diseases,such as ankylosing osteoarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and others,RA shares a common pathogenesis and also has its uniqueness.Traditional modality is usually systematic drug based.With the development of the research into the pathogenesis and inflammatory cytokines of RA,the treatment has focused on the new biologic therapy.This review summaried the current development of biologic therapy for RA.
