| 摘 要： | 目的评价原发性肝癌术后复发的外放射综合治疗价值。方法采用外放射结合中药综合治疗２３例复发性肝癌，以寿命表法计算生存率和生存期。结果１年、３年和５年生存率分别为７８．２％、１７．４％和８．７％。中位生存时间为１６个月，平均生存时间为２４个月。放疗副反应较轻。结论外放射结合中药治疗肝癌术后复发具有一定姑息性效果。

| Abstract: | To assess the efficacy of radiotherapy combilled with Chinese herbs in postoperative recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma.METHODS From July 1984 to December 1994, 23 patients with postoperative recurrent hepatocelluarcarcinoma received radiotherapy combined with Chinese herbs.RESULTS 1,2 and 3 year survival rates were 78. 2%, 17. 4%, and 8. 7% respectively. The mediansurvival time and the mean survival time were 16 months and 24 months, respectively. The side effectswere tolerable.CONCLUSIONS Radiotherapy combined with Chinese herbs has palliative effects on postoperativerecurrent hepatocellular carcinoma. |
