| 摘 要： | 目的：为了观察金双歧、思密达对小儿腹泻的疗效和安全性。方法：60例腹泻患儿随机分为两组，治疗组给予金双歧、思密达口服，对照组口服次碳酸铋等，并进行疗效判断。结果：治疗组与对照组两组临床疗效有显著差异；治疗组在改善临床症状、缩短病程方面优于对照组。结论：金双歧、思密达联用疗效满意，是治疗小儿腹泻有效和安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Golden bifid combined with Smectite powder on children diarrhea. Method: 60 children suffered from diarrhea were divided into two groups randomly:Group A was treated with oral Golden bifid and Smectite powder, Group B with Bismuth Subcarbonate. Then their effects and safety were analyzed respectively. Results: The total effective rate of Group A come up to 96.67%,which was significantly different from that of Group B(76.67%). Conclusion: The combinative treatment of Golden bifid and Smectite powder is an ideal and effective and safety method to children diarrhea. |
