有限内固定结合T形外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折的临床应用

目的:探讨有限内固定结合T形外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折的临床应用。方法:自2002年3月至2007年4月,手术治疗18例Pilon骨折患者,根据Ruedi-Augower分型,II型7例,III型11例,采用钢针、螺丝钉等有限内固定结合T形外固定支架治疗。结果:所有患者均获得随访,平均随诊18个月,骨折均愈合,愈合时间3~5个月,平均3.2个月,疗效评定采用Bourne等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分标准;优良15例,可3例,优良率83%。结论:应用钢针、螺丝钉等有限内固定结合T形外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折是有效方法之一。

The Application of Limited Internal Fixation Combined with T-shaped external Fixator in Treating Pilon's bone fracture

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of limited internal fixation combined with T-shaped external fixator in the Pilon's fracture treatment.Method:Surgical treatment using limited internal fixation by kirschner wires and screws combined with external fixation using T-shaped fixator was carried out in 18 cases of Pilon's bone fractures from March 2002 to April 2007.According to the Ruedi-Augower's classification their were 7 cases as type B and 11 cases as type C.All patients were followed up for mean time of 18 months.Result: All the fractures healed within 3 to 4 months.The mean heal time is 3.2 months.According to the Bourne's symptoms and functional scale criteria,the excellent and good results were 15 and 3 cases respectively(83%).Conclusion:The treatment of using limited fixation combined with T-shaped external fixator is an effective treatment for Pilon's bone fracture.
