| 摘 要： | 目的：研究海尔福口服液对铅中毒小鼠肝、肾的保护作用。方法：建立铅染毒动物模型，并予海尔福口服液治疗；检测治疗后小鼠血清Ph、Hb及脑SOD含量，在光镜下观察小鼠肝、肾组织切片情况。结果：铅染毒小鼠肝、肾损害严重，而经海尔福口服液治疗后小鼠肝、肾损害明显减轻。结论：海尔福口服液对铅染毒小鼠有明显的排铅作用，能够提高小鼠抗氧化功能和Hb含量，从而减轻肝、肾组织学的损害程度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effects of Haierful Oral Liquid on the prevention of liver and kidney in mice with lead poisoned. Methods： To make the animal model of the lead mice,and then treated them with Haierful Oral Liquid, determined the biochemical criterions of lead mice and tissue--aliced mice liver and kidney,then observed their pathologic change under the light microscope. Results：The damage was much serious to the liver and kidney of lead mice than those were treated by Haierfu Oral Liquid. Conclusions： Haierful Oral Liquid had significant effects on the accelerating lead excretion,improved the Hb of blood and its antioxidant function,thus lightening the substance damage of the liver and kidney of lead mice. |
