四肢轻度烧伤在社区门诊的护理

摘    要:目的观察比较四肢轻度烧伤创面的两种换药护理疗效。方法选择四肢轻度烧伤患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用凡士林纱浸透0.5%碘伏后湿敷包扎处理创面;对照组采用湿润烧伤膏涂抹创面后凡士林纱覆盖敷料包扎,观察创面愈合情况。结果治疗组烧伤创面总有效率达100%。对照组烧伤创面总有效率为80%。两组在总有效率上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论凡士林纱与碘伏配用包扎治疗四肢轻度烧伤创面能有效控制感染,促进创面愈合。

Abstract:Objective The observation comparison four limbs first-degree burn injured area' s two kinds trade the medicine nursing curative effect . Methods To select 120 patients with slight burn wound on their four 1 The observation comparison four limbs first-degree burn injured area' s two kinds trade the medicine nursing curative effect . imbs and divide them into two groups randomly-the experimental group and the control group which both have 60 examples. The experimental group were treated by using the Vaselinum ribbon gauze which is soaked by 0. 5 % iodine to hydropathic compress and bind up the wound surface. The control group were treated by wraping up the wound surface with the aseptic Vaselinum ribbon gauze and the surgical dressing after daubing the moist ointment on it, and then observed the healing condition of the burn wound. Results The response rate of the experimental group was 100% , and the Control greup80% efficient. There is significant difference on efficiency in two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The binding treatment of slight burn wound on four limbs by Vaselinum ribbon gauze and iodine is a significant way to eontrol the infection and to promote to heal up the burn wound.
