| 摘 要： | 硒蛋白是人和动物必需微量元素硒的主要功能表现形式，硒蛋白P（Selenoprotein P，SEPP）是其中比较特殊的一种，近年来对硒蛋白P的研究越来越多，尤其是硒蛋白P基因多态性与疾病的关系也日益受到关注。鉴于硒蛋白P基因多态性对疾病易感性的意义，本文从硒蛋白P的分子生物学特点、生物功能以及基因多态性与疾病关系的研究进展进行综述，以期为缺硒性地方病的研究开拓新的思路。

| Abstract: | Kssential trace element selenium （Se） exerts its biological functions in vivo mainly through selenoproteins. Selenoprotein P （SEPP） is one of the rather special selenoproteins. In recent years, the study of selenoprotein P is receiving increasing attention,especially between genetic polymorphisms of SEPP and disease susceptibility. With respect to its practical importance on some disease work, this article mainly previews the latest research on general situation of SEPP, biological characteristics, genetic polymorphisms and the relationship with some disease. |
