肺结核患者营养不良程度和细胞免疫状态的关系

目的探讨肺结核病人营养不良程度与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法回顾性分析100例患者初治菌阳肺结核病人,以SGA评分、血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、BMI五项作为营养评价指标,分为A组（营养不良评分≥3）和B组（营养不良评分〈3）,分别测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK）进行对照分析,并以相同方案（2HREZ/4HEZ）治疗A组和B组病人,观察两组病人的疾病转归情况。结果营养不良肺结核病人CD3、CD4和NK均有不同程度下降,营养不良评分越高,下降越明显,治愈时间也越长。结论肺结核病人存在细胞免疫受损程度和营养不良严重程度正相关,并将影响到疾病的转归。

The relation between TB patients' malnutrition and cellular immunity

Objective To explore the correlation between malnutrition and cellular immunological function of TB patients.Methods 100 smear-positive cases of TB patients were retrospectively analyzed,and all the patients were divided into Group A and（The grade of malnutrition was higher or equals to 3.） Group B（The grade of malnutrition was lower than 3.） according to SGA grade,albumen in blood plasma,precursor albumen,hem albumen and BMI.And inferior lymphocyte groups in outer circular blood of the cases（CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4 /CD8,NK） were respectively tested,all the statistics was compared and analyzed,and the same medical treatment（2HREZ/4HEZ） was applied to Group A and Group B.The results of medical treatment were listed below in the author＇s paper.Results The level of CD3,CD4 and NK in malnourished TB patients diversely declined.The higher the malnutrition grade,the more obvious decline was observed,the longer of cure time was needed.Conclusion There is logical correlation between damaged cellular immunological system and malnutrition grade in TB patients,which would impact the cure or transformation of illness.
