ICU医院感染的临床分析与护理对策

目的：探讨ICU医院感染的因素．以期采取有针对性的护理干预措施。方法：回顾调查ICU医院感染37例的临床资料。结果：37例中感染61例次，以呼吸道感染为主．检出致病菌86株，G^ 菌占37．21％，G^-占46．67％，真菌占19．77％，耐药金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及真菌感染比例增大。结论：为了有效地降低医院感染率，必须采取有效的护理干预措施。
