输尿管子宫内膜异位症诊断及治疗的影像学探究

目的：探讨输尿管子宫内膜异位症诊断和治疗中影像学检查的意义。方法：回顾分析了2002年至2011年病理证实的23例输尿管子宫内膜异位症患者的临床诊治资料。结果：23例输尿管子宫内膜异位症患者主要通过影像学检查明确临床诊断。23例患者中3例行输尿管粘连松解术,6例行输尿管狭窄段切除、输尿管膀胱再吻合术,12例行输尿管狭窄段切除,输尿管端端吻合术。2例行输尿管镜下病损切除术。术后病理检查结果证实均为子宫内膜异位症。结论：输尿管子宫内膜异位症少见,影像学检查在其临床诊断和治疗过程中起着重要的作用。

To probe the role of iconography in the diagnose and treatment for ureteral endometriosis

Objective：To investigate the significance of iconography in the procedure of diagnosis and treatment for ureteral endometriosis.Methods：We perform a retrospective analysis of 23 cases of ureteral endometriosis with histopathological results from 2002 to 2011.Results：For the 23 patients,the clinical diagnosis of ureteral endometriosis was made mainly by iconography.The treatments consisted of ureterolysis in 3 cases,ureterocystoneostomy in 6,partial ureteral resection and end-to-end ureteral anastomosis in 12,and endoscopic resection of ureteral endometriosis lesion in 2 of them.All the patients pathologic results were of endometriosis.Conclusion：Ureteral endometriosis is an uncommom disease.Iconography plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral endometriosis.
