摘    要:目的:探讨CT增强扫描高压注入对比剂时发生渗漏与注射速率的相关性及预防措施。方法:对12502例患者注入对比剂时采用2.5ml/s、3ml/s和5ml/s的注射速率,注射过程中均采取综合预防措施,观察对比剂渗漏情况。结果:采用注射速率为2.5ml/s与3ml/s的渗漏率比较差异无统计学意义(x2=1.023,P〉0.05);注射速率为2.5ml/s、3ml/s与5ml/s渗漏率比较差异均有统计学意义(x2=18.364,18.036;P〈0.05)。结论:对比剂注射速率增大,其渗漏率有增高的趋势。采取综合预防措施后能有效减少渗漏的发生及减轻渗漏的严重程度。

Relationship between leakage of contrast agent and injection speed and relative precaution methods in CT enhancement scanning

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the leakage of contrast agent injection and injection speed under high pressure on multidetector CT enhancement scanning and investigate the relative precaution methods against leakage.Methods:12502 patients were injected with contract agent at the speed of 2.5ml/s,3ml/s or 5ml/s,respectively,before CT enhancement scanning.The leakage of the contrast agent was investigated.Results:There was no significant difference between the speed of 2.5ml/sand3ml/s(x2=1.023,P0.05).The difference between the speed of 2.5ml/sand5ml/s was statistically significant(x2=18.364,P0.05) and that between the speed of 3ml/sand5ml/s was also statistically significant(x2=18.036,P0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of penetration increases with the increment of injecting speed.Active preventive measures can be taken to effectively reduce the probability of the leakage as well as the leakage degree.
