血糖仪与生化分析仪血糖检测的对比分析

目的：通过对医院内在用的56台便携式血糖仪与检验科BeckmanDX全自动生化分析仪血糖检测结果的对比,了解两款仪器的数值准确度,为临床提供可靠依据,同时针对血糖仪的使用、管理环节进行改进,创建数字化的血糖管理平台。方法：全自动生化分析仪采用的是葡萄糖氧化酶电极法,通过对同一样品的检测来进行比对。血糖仪检测的是全血,生化仪检测的是全血分离后的血清样品。结果：通过对784例血糖仪检测结果的对比分析,2种检测方法在检测血糖中无显著性差异。结论：在血糖仪的测定范围内,2种方法均可靠。

Comparative analysis and discussion on management of blood glucose meters

Objective：To Compare the 56 portable blood glucose meters with blood glucose meter which is used in Beckman DX biochemical analyzer,and then investigate the accuracy of the machine to improve the usage and management of blood glucose meters and establish management platform.Methods：Glucose oxidase electrode was used in biochemical analyzer.We compared two equipments in the same sample,and whole blood was used in portable blood glucose meters,compared to serum using in biochemical analyzer.Result：There was no significant difference between these two methods.Conclusion：Two methods are available.
