研究生担任生物化学与分子生物学实验课程助教的实践探讨

目的：通过在生物化学与分子生物学实验课中推行研究生担任助教工作,达到培养研究生实践创新能力的目的。方法：采用研究生助教参与实验课程教学工作,指导学生进行综合性和设计性等实验活动,并对出现的问题提出解决对策和建议。结果：研究生担任助教工作,可以提高自身的实践能力,有利于增强研究生的创新能力及分析问题和解决问题的能力。结论：研究生担任助教工作,实现了既提高本科生实验教学质量,又夯实了研究生基本理论及实验技能的双赢效果。

Practice of graduate students teaching experimental course of biochemistry and molecular biology

Objective：The graduate students served as a teaching assistant work in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology experimental course,we achieved the purpose of training the practical and creative abilities about the graduate assistants through this way.Methods：When the graduate teaching assistants involved in teaching,they can guide the students to do the comprehensive and design experiments.At the same time,they can make the countermeasures and suggestions about the experimental confusion and errors.Results：Graduate students can improve their practical abilities during the teaching assistant work.Such measures are conducive to enhancing the innovation ability,analytical and problem-solving skills of graduate assistants.Conclusion：Graduate students served as teaching assistant job is a win-win situation.In so doing we improve the experimental teaching quality of students,but also reinforce the basic theoretical and experimental skills of the graduate students.
