南通市售净水器、饮水机卫生现状调查结果

目的了解南通市市场净水器、饮水机的卫生质量，进一步规范经营行为。方法于2007年对南通市区范围内商场、超市及专卖店经营的净水器、饮水机卫生状况和经营者有关情况进行了调研。结果18家单位22个品牌239个型号的涉水产品，卫生许可批件的持有率85.77％，国产净水器持证率高于进口产品。标签标识说明书合格率52.30％，净水器好于饮水机。检查发现涉水产品市场存在销售无批件产品，一批件多用，标签标识说明书违规，产品夸大宣传作用，经营者缺乏涉水产品卫生法规知识等问题。结论应通过加强宣传培训，加大企业和市场监管力度，建立资料信息共享系统，完善法律法规体系等方式来规范涉水产品市场，提高人民的生活质量。

Hygienic Status of Saled Water Purification and Drinking Water Dispensers in Nantong City

[Objective] To investigate the hygienic quality of water purification and drinking water dispensers, so as to Standardize the business behavior. [Methods] The hygienic quality of water purification and drinking water dispensers sated in Shopping malls, supermarkets and monopoly store and the operators＇ situation were investigated in Nantong urban area in 2007. [Results] Of 239 models of related drinking water from 22 brands of 18 units, 85.77% had health license documents. Compared with imported products, more domestic water purifications had health license documents. Qualified rates of Labels, marks and instructions were 52.30% , water purification were better than drinking water dispensers. The examination results showed that some problem existed in related drinking water market such as products without health license, multi-use of one license, violation of Labels marks and instructions, the exaggeration of propaganda, lack of product knowledge and health regulations.[Conclusion] The related department should increase enterprise and market supervision, step up information sharing system and improve the system of laws and regulations so as to regulate the market and improve people＇s quality of life.
