| 摘 要： | 目的加强护理质量管理，控制医院感染。方法将医院感染管理纳入护理质量管理，建立健全组织体系，重视素质教育，加强措施实施，严格监控管理。结果医院感染率明显下降，由实施前的5．98％下降至实施后的3．49％，环境卫生学监测合格率由实施前的91．11％上升至实施后的97．91％。结论加强护理质量管理是控制医院感染的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To strengthen the management of hospital infection control. Methods The management of hospital infection control was integrated into the system of nursing quality management. The measures included setting up an organizational team, focusing on nurses quality education and strengthening supervision. Results The hospital infection rate was decreased from 5.98% to 3.49%. The qualified rate of environmental monitoring index was increased from 91.11% to 97.91%. Conclusion Strengthening quality management is proved to be an effective measure to control hospital infection. |
