终末病例分型法对股骨干骨折医疗费用分析

目的利用终末病例分型方法探讨在医疗费用结构中资源消耗情况。方法利用终末病例分型统计分析软件对单病种其中之一＂股骨干骨折＂进行5年住院费用医院结构特点进行分析。结果四种终末病例分型医疗费用为D型〉C型〉B型,在不同的费用中各型略有不同。结论提示医院要优化费用结构,客观地评价医疗费用指标,在引导医生合理施治,合理收费上有可借鉴的管理思路,从而解除人们对医疗单位＂看病贵＂的意识。

The Application of Medical Expenses Structure Analysis by Using Final Medical Records Classification Method

Objective according to mono-disease clinical pathway management requirement from Health Ministry, the paper investigate resource consumption situation of medical expenses structure by using final medical records classification method. Methods applying final medical records classification software to analyze hospitalization mono-disease expenses structure characteristics of femoral shaft fracture for 5 years. Results the medical expenses sequencing of four final medical records classification is D type〉C type〉B type. The different sequencings are different in different expenses. Conclusions the hospital should optimize expenses structure and assess objectively medical expenses index, as well as guide doctors to treat illness and charge reasonably so as to remove the consciousness of high cost of getting medical service.
