动力髋螺钉和股骨近端髓内钉内固定法治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较

目的比较动力髋螺钉和股骨近端髓内钉内固定法治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法选取我院2008年4月-2009年1月收治的63例不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折患者分为观察组32例和对照组31例,观察组采用股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）内固定术,对照组采用动力髋部螺钉（DHS）内固定术。结果观察组的髋关节功能优良率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的74.2%;观察组的近期并发症发生率为6.3%,略低于对照组的16.1%。结论股骨近端髓内钉内固定法治疗不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意,近期并发症少,值得临床关注。
