| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院口服降糖药使用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)法,对2008年至2010年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果口服降糖药销售金额呈上升趋势。销售金额排序前3位的是阿卡波糖、罗格列酮、格列美脲;用药频度(DDDs)排序前3位的是格列美脲、罗格列酮、二甲双胍;格列吡嗪的日均费用(DDC)最低。结论口服降糖药的使用逐年增加,二甲双胍的使用较少。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the use situation of oral hypolycemic agents and the trend in our hospital to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods Oral hypolycemic agents used in our hospital during 2008-2010 were performed the statistical analysis in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,etc. by the defined daily dose（DDD） method. Results The consumption sum of oral hypolycemic agents in our hospital was increased continuously. The top 3 places on the list of consumption sum were acarbose, rosiglitazone and glimepiride. The top 3 hypolycemic agents in terms of DDDs were glimepiride, rosiglitazone and metformin. The lowest DDC was glipizide. Conclusion The use of oral hypolycemic agents is increased year by year and the use of metformin is less. |
