恩必普治疗短暂性脑缺血发作39例及对血浆D-二聚体的影响

目的观察恩必普治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效及对患者血浆D-二聚体的影响。方法将78例患者随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片50 mg口服,每日1次;疏血通注射液6 mL加入0.9%氯化钠或5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注。观察组在对照组基础上给予恩必普200 mg口服,每日3次。所有患者均以2周为1个疗程。比较两组的疗效及血浆D-二聚体水平。结果观察组的总有效率为87.18%,显著高于对照组的61.54%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血浆D-二聚体水平无明显差异,治疗后12 h观察组血浆D-二聚体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3 d和治疗后2周时,两组D-二聚体水平无明显差异。结论恩必普治疗短暂性脑缺血发作具有良好的疗效,用药后患者血浆D-二聚体的水平先上升后很快下降,对改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者的病情具有重要价值。

Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in Treating 39 Cases of Transient Ischemic Attack and Its Influence on Plasma D- Dimer

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in treating transient ischemic attack（TIA） and its influence on plasma D dimer. Methods Seventy eight cases of TIA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was orally treated with Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets 50mg, once a day and Shuxu etong Injection 6 mL added to 0. 9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose by intravenous drip. The observation group was given Butylph thalide Soft Capsules 200 rag, 3 times daily, at the base of control group treatment. Two weeks were as a course of treatment in all the cases. The clinical effect and plasma level of D dimer after 2 week treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87. 18% and significantly higher than 61.54% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The plasma Ddimer levels before treatment had no significant difference between the two groups. The plasma Ddimer level after 12 h treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, but there were no significant dif ference after 3 d and 2week treatment between the two groups. Conclusion Butylphthalide Soft Capsules has better effect in the treatment of TIA. After medication, the plasma D dimer level is increased at first and then rapidly decreased, which has important value to improve the condition of TIA patients.
