摘    要:摘要:目的建立测定大蜜丸中5-羟甲基糠醛含量的高效液相色谱法,保证大蜜丸的安全性并规范炼蜜过程。方法色谱柱为c-s柱(250mmX4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(10:90),检测波长为284nm。结果5-羟甲基糠醛质量浓度在0.2004~200.4μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991);平均回收率为100.93%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确,可作为大蜜丸中5-羟甲基糠醛质量控制的统一方法,为大蜜丸中蜂蜜的质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural(5-HMF) in Big Honey Pills in order to ensure its safety and standardize the honey refining process. Methods The C18 column(250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 txm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol water(lO :90), the detecting wavelength was 284 rim. Results The mass concentration of 5 HMF in the range of 0. 200 4 200. 4 pxg/mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area( r = 0. 999 1). The average recovery rate was 100. 93% (n =9). Conclusion The used method is simple and accurate, which can be used as the unified method of 5 HMF quality control in Big Honey Pills and provides the basis for quality control of honey in Big Honey Pills.
