我院2008年至2010年抗抑郁药应用分析

目的分析医院抗抑郁药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序和应用频度分析法,对2008年至2010年抗抑郁药使用情况进行统计分析。结果抗抑郁药物使用总金额持续增长,新一代抗抑郁药使用金额连续3年占抗抑郁药使用总金额的近99%,是主要用药。帕罗西汀用药频度3年连续居首位,氟西汀用药频度近年增长迅速。结论抗抑郁药应用结构基本合理,但药物使用情况变化不大。随着人们对抑郁症认识的不断加深,安全、有效、经济的抗抑郁药物将会有很大的市场空间。

Application Analysis of Antidepressants during 2008- 2010

Objective To analyze the application situation of antidepressants in our hospital to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The application situation of antidepressants from 2008 to 2010 was conducted the statistical analysis by amount sorting and applicable frequency methods. Results During these three years, the total amounts of antidepressant drugs were continuously in- creased with average annual increase. The usage amounts of new generation antidepressants ,main antidepressants in our hospital ,occupied 99% of antidepressants total sum. DDDs of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors paroxetine continuously kept the top place in 3 years and DDDs of fluoxetine was increased rapidly in recent years. Conclusion The application structure of antidepressants is basically ra- tional and the alternation of drug usage is little. With deepening the cognition of depression,the safe, effective and economic antidepres- sant agents would have intensive market space.
