| 摘 要： | 目的研究丽水地产药材栀子的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定药材中栀子苷的含量。结果不同时间采收的栀子其栀子苷含量均高于2010年版《中国药典（一部）》的规定。结论丽水地产栀子质量优，可发展为道地药材。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quality of Gardeniae Fructus cultivated in Lishui. Methods The geniposide content was determined by HPLC. Results The geniposide content of Gardeniae Fructus harvested at different times was higher than that formulated by the criterion of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （edition 2010）. Conclusion Gardeniae Fructus cultivated in Lishui is of high quality and could be considered to develop as the genuine medicinal material. |
