胰岛素抵抗患者血清脂联素与超敏C-反应蛋白相关性研究

目的研究胰岛素抵抗患者血清脂联素与超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)相关性。方法酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定26例正常对照、30例糖调节受损(IGR)、30例2型糖尿病(T2DM)个体血清脂联素水平,胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定hs-CRP水平。结果正常对照组脂联素水平显著高于IGR组及T2DM组,hs-CRP显著低于IGR组及T2DM组;脂联素与hs-CRP呈负相关(P<0.05),控制性别因素后,脂联素与hs-CRP相关性仍存在(P<0.01),控制性别、体重指数等因素后,不存在相关性。结论脂联素可预测T2DM的发生,脂联素与炎症之间的联系是通过肥胖连接起来的。

Correlative study of serum adiponectin and high sensitive C - reactive protein in insulin resistance patients

Objective To investigate the relationships between serum adiponectin concentration and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in insulin resistance patients. Methods Serum adiponectin concentration was measured in 26 normal subjects,30 type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients and 30 impaired glucose regulation(IGR) patients by ELISA. Serum hs-CRP concentration was measured by RIA. Results The serum adiponectin concentrations in normal subjects were significantly higher than those of T2DM patients or IGR patients,The serum hs-CRP concentration in normal subjects were lower than those of T2DM patients or IGR patients. The serum adiponectin levels were negatively correlated with hs-CRP(P<0.05).The correlation remained after controlling sex(P<0.01),the correlation disappeared after controlling sex and BMI. Conclusions It induces the serum adiponectin levels are predictor of T2DM,adiponectin may be an important link between adiposity and inflammation.
