| 摘 要： | 目的分析重庆两家三甲医院肺炎克雷伯菌(K.pneumoniae)菌毛变化及流行病学,以指导临床诊断及治疗。方法2007年7月至2008年7月共收集这两家医院检验科细菌室158株K.pneumoniae,用PCR方法和血凝实验/血凝抑制实验对其菌毛进行分型。结果145株K.pneumoniae产生Ⅲ型菌毛,7株产生Ⅰ型菌毛,其中2株两种菌毛都产生,还有6株不产生菌毛。结论这两家医院主要感染的是产生Ⅲ型菌毛的K.pneumoniae,而且主要是引起呼吸道感染,这对于临床寻求针对Ⅲ型菌毛K.pneumoniae感染的抗生素替代疗法具有指导意义。
