健康教育对高血压脑出血病人神经功能康复的影响

目的　研究健康教育对高血压脑出血病人神经功能康复的影响。方法　按护理程序制定健康教育计划。将 80例高血压脑出血病人随机分为两组 ,对其中一组进行系统的健康教育。结果　出院时健康教育组恢复良好 31例 ,对照组恢复良好 2 1例 ;随访 6个月健康教育组恢复良好增加到 35例 ,对照组恢复良好则减少为 19例。两组恢复良好率经校正卡方检验均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。结论　对高血压脑出血病人进行健康教育可促进病人神经功能康复 ,改善病人生活质量。

Effection of Health Education to the Nervous Functions of the Patients with Hypertenssion Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To study the effection of health education to the nervous functions of the patients with hypertenssion intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods According to the nurse procedure, a systematic health education plan was worked out. 80 patients with hypertenssion intracerebral hemorrhage were random divided into two groups: health education group and control group. The patients in health education group were recieved a systematic health education. Results 31 patients of the health education group and 21 patients of the control group had a good recovery at discharged. 35 patients of the health education group and 19 patients of the control group had a good recovery followed up 6 months. The rates of the good recovery between the two groups had siginficant difference. Conclusion Health education can promote the nervous functions of the patients with hypertenssion intracerebral hemorrhage and improve the patients' living quality.
