EphA 2蛋白在大肠腺癌中的表达及与大肠腺癌发生发展的关系

目的探讨EphA2蛋白的表达与大肠腺癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测154例大肠腺癌和相应正常大肠黏膜组织中EphA2蛋白的表达。结果EphA2蛋白在癌组织中的表达明显高于相应正常大肠黏膜组织（P〈0．001）。EphA2阳性染色定位于相同区域的癌细胞和血管内皮细胞，且EphA2蛋白在癌细胞与血管内皮细胞中的表达呈正相关（r=60．272。P〈0．001）。EphA2蛋白高表达与癌分化程度、浸润深度和大体类型相关（P〈0．05）。而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤体积及淋巴结和血行、种植性转移无关（P〉0．05）。结论EphA2蛋白的高表达与大肠腺癌的发生和浸润转移有关。

The expressions of EphA2 protein and it's relation with tumorigenesis and development of large intestine adenoc arcinomas

Objective: To study the relation between EphA2 protein expression and tumorigenesis and development of large intestine adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expressions of EphA2 protein in 154 cases of large intestine adenocarcinoma and in paired normal large intestine mucosa tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry(SP). Results: Expressions of EDNA2 protein in carcinoma tissues were obviously higher than that in normal large intestine mucosa tissues(P<0.001). EphA2 positive stain located in the same region in carcinoma cells and in endotheliam of blood vessel, and there was a positive relation between the EphA2 protein expression in carcinoma cells and in endothelium of blood vessel. The overexpression of EphA2 protein correlated with differentiation grades, invasion depth and gross type of carcinomas (P<0.05), but didn't with age, sex of patients and tumour, size, lymph node, hematogenous and seeding metastasis of adenocareinomas(P>0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between EphA2 protein overexpression, and tumorigenesis infiltration and metastasis of large intestine adenocarcinomas.
