三联术治疗痉挛性斜颈

采用三联手术方法治疗旋转型（ｎ２６）、侧屈型（ｎ６）痉挛性斜颈共３２例，其中男性１８例，女性１４例，平均年龄３６．５岁。适应证：１．药物治疗一年无效的旋转型、侧屈型患者。２．颈肌严重痉挛的扭转痉挛患者。结果，旋转型２６例，优１８例（６９．２％）；良７例（２７．０％）；进步１例（４％）。侧屈型６例，优４例（６６％）；良２例（３３％）。本研究结果证实三联手术的疗效较二联手术优越。

Triad procedure for spasmodic torticollis

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyse the clinical effects of the triad procedure for the spasmodic torticollis. METHOD: Records of 32 patients of spasmodic torticollis surgically treated by the triad procedure at the Department of Neurosurgery. of 32 patients, 26 were rotational torticollis (RT), 6 were lateral flexional torticollis (LFT). The composition of triad procedure includes: RT section of the ipsilateral splenius muscles; section of the ipsilsterral posterior primary division of c1 5 or 6; section of the contralateral accessory nerve. LFT Myoectomy of the splenius and elevator scaoula muscles of the flexed side; ramisectomies of c1 5 or 6; section of accessory nerve of the flexed side. RESULTS: RT of 26 cases, 18 were recovered, the abnormal movement of the neck abolished with normal movement retained, 7 cases were markedly free of the abnormal movement, 1 was improved. LET 4 were recovered, 2 were good. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the triad procedure is better than biad procedure, both of which were proposed by the senior authour.
