混苯对大鼠血脂和脂质过氧化水平的影响及含晒果茶的拮抗作用

摘    要:目的 探讨混苯对大鼠血脂和脂质过氧化的影响及复方果茶的拮抗作用。方法 按现场可能接触苯(BZ)、甲苯 (Tol)和二甲苯 (Xyl)的比例范围 ,配制混苯A(每L含BZ 440g、Tol 88g、Xyl 2 2g)和B(每L含BZ 5g、Tol 44g、Xyl 5 0 0g)。用山楂、制首乌、防己、白术、绿茶及亚硒酸钠配制复方果茶。混苯经腹腔注射染毒 ( 1ml/kg ,隔日 1次 ,共 18次 ) ,复方果茶经饮水给予 (每天 2 5ml/kg) ,同时设玉米油溶剂对照组 (方法同混苯组 )。结果 A组血清TC和TG明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A 果茶组血清TC和TG均低于A组 ,略高于对照组 ,但差异均无显著性。A和B组血清MDA含量明显升高 ,血清SOD和GSH Px活力均明显降低 (与对照组比较 ,皆P <0 .0 5 ) ;A 果茶组血清MDA浓度、SOD和GSH Px活力与对照组比较 ,差异均无显著意义。A组骨髓MDA含量、SOD和GSH Px活力均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A 果茶组骨髓MDA浓度和GSH Px活力均明显低于A组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 混苯可导致大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应增强 ,血清抗氧化酶SOD和GSH Px活力下降 ;主要含苯的混苯还可引起大鼠血脂水平升高、骨髓脂质过氧化反应增强及SOD和GSH Px活力代偿性升高 ;复方果茶可降低混苯升高的血脂水平 ,抑制脂质过氧化作用 ,上调血清抗氧化酶活力

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of mixed benzene on blood lipid and lipid peroxidation (LPO) and the anti effects of compound fruit tea in rats.Methods The mixed benzene A (440 g BZ 88 g Tol 22 g Xyl/L) and B(5 g BZ 44 g Tol 500 g Xyl/L) were mixed according to the ratio of field ambient air concentrations of BZ, Tol and Xyl. The compound fruit tea was extracted from Rosaceae, Polygonaceae, Menispermaceae, Compositae and Green tea and mixed with sodium selenate (0.2 mg/L). Male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control, A, A , B and B . The control were treated with vehicle (corn oil) by ip injection (1 ml/kg bw) q.d.alt. for 18 times, the other groups were exposed to mixed benzene A or B respectively by the same way. In addition, the A and B groups were treated with the compound fruit tea (25 ml/kg bw/d) through drinking water.Results The contents of serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in the A group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and higher than those in the A group. These indexes in the A group were higher than those in the control group, but no significant difference could be found. In the A and B groups, the contents of serum malonyl dialdehyde (MDA) were significantly increased, and the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) were significantly decreased when compared with those of the controls. The MDA contents, SOD activity and GSH Px activity in bone marrow in the A group were significantly higher than those in the controls. In the A group, the serum MDA contents were decreased, and the activity of serum SOD and GSH Px were increased when compared with those of the A group, with no significant differences as compared with the controls. On the other hand, the contents of MDA and the activity of GSH Px in bone marrow in the A group were significantly lower than those in the A group. Conclusion The results indicated that the mixed benzene could induce LPO and inhibit the activity of serum SOD and GSH Px in rats. When the mixture mainly contained benzene, it could increase the contents of blood lipid, induce the LPO and compensatory increases in the activity of SOD and GSH Px in bone marrow. The compound fruit tea could decrease the contents of blood lipid and the level of LPO caused by the mixed benzene, and enhance the activity of serum antioxidase inhibited by the mixed benzene.
