迈之灵片治疗轻度精索静脉曲张伴弱精子症效果观察

目的 评价迈之灵治疗轻度精索静脉曲张伴弱精子症的临床效果.方法 选取2010年2月至2012年6月在安徽省宿州市立医院男性科门诊就诊的98例诊断为轻度VC伴弱精子症的患者,给予植物药制剂迈之灵片口服,150 mg/次,2次/d,6周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,分别于治疗前和治疗后12周,采用计算机辅助精子自动分析系统进行精液参数分析,以评价治疗效果.结果 入选患者98例.共95例患者完成全部治疗疗程,中断或放弃治疗者3例,未纳入统计.除11例患者精液质量未见明显改善外,其余84例患者精液质量均有不同程度改善,有效率为88.4％（84/95）.其中,精子浓度和精液量治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,精子总活力、前向运动精子率、快速前向运动精子率（直线速度＞35 μm/s）、平均运动速度（VAP）、直线运动速度（VSL）、曲线运动速度（VCL）等主要精子运动参数指标在治疗后均有明显改善[（40±14）％比（28±l2）％,（30±11）％比（18±9）％,（18±9）％比（l0±6）％,（26±6）μm/s比（21 ±4）μm/s,（24±6）μm/s比（21±5）μm/s,（32±6）μm/s比（26±6）μm/s]（均P＜0.01）.治疗期间及治疗后3个月内有12例患者配偶怀孕,怀孕率为12.6％ （12/95）.结论 迈之灵片对轻度VC伴弱精子症具有良好的治疗效果,且无明显不良反应.

Observation of the effect of otanical drug aescuven forte tablets in mild varicocele with asthenospermia

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of botanical drug aescuven forte tablets in mild varicocele with asthenospermia.Methods From February 2010 to June 2012 in andrology clinic,98 patients diagnosed of mild varicocele with asthenospermia were given botanical aescuven forte tablets.Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,computer-aided sperm analysis system automatically （CASA） was observed.Results A total of 95 patients completed the treatment,3 cases of interrupt or abandon treatment were not included.84 cases were improved with semen quality and the effective rate was 88.4% （84/95）.Among them,the sperm concentration and semen volume before and after treatment was no significantly different （P 〉 0.05）.Sperm total motility （PR ± NP）,forward motility rate （PR）,fast forward motion of sperm rate （VSL 〉 35 μm/s）,the average velocity （VAP）,straight-line velocity （VSL）,curvilinear velocity （VCL） and other major indicators of sperm motion parameters were all significantly improved after treatment [（40 ± 14）% vs （28 ± 12）%,（30 ± 11）% vs （18 ± 9）%,（18 ±9）% vs （10 ±6）%,（26 ±6） μm/s vs （21 ±4） μm/s,（24 ± 6） μm/s vs （21 ± 5） μm/s,（32 ± 6） μm/s vs （26 ± 6） μm/s] （P 〈 0.01）.During treatment and 3 months after treatment,the pregnancy rate was 12.6% （12/95）.Conclusion The botanical drug aescuven forte tablets has a good therapeutic effect on mild varicocele.
