腹膜透析中腹膜血管新生的研究进展

腹膜透析是一种重要的肾脏替代治疗方式,长期腹膜透析患者腹膜会发生血管新生等形态上的变化,并最终导致超滤失败,该文综述了不同腹膜透析液对于腹膜血管新生的影响以及腹膜细胞和细胞因子在血管新生中的作用,同时也对目前在动物试验中有抑制腹膜血管新生作用的干预措施及其临床应用前景进行综述,从而进一步提高对于腹膜形态变化的认识,提高腹膜透析治疗水平。

Research Progress on Angiogenesis in Peritoneal Dialysis

Peritoneal dialysis is one of the important renal replacement therapy.H owever,long-term exposure to peritoneal dialysi（PD） fluid induces some morphological alteration including angiogenesis which would lead to the ultrafiltration failure.Here is to make a review of the effect of different PD fluid on angiogenesis and the possible role of different peritoneal cell types or cytokine in angiogenesis.Furthermore,several intervention measures used in animal model to decrease angiogenesis and their prospect of clinical application were also discussed,so that we can gain more knowledge about peritoneum morphological alteration and improve the PD treatment.
