医院住院患者2011-2012年抗菌药物使用强度分析

目的 分析解放军第二五一医院住院患者2011-2012年抗菌药物使用强度,为合理用药提供参考.方法 根据医院信息科制作的抗菌药物使用强度计算软件提取201 1年及2012年解放军第二五一医院住院患者抗菌药物使用强度.结果 本院2011年及2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用强度分别为54.02用药频总频度（DDDs）/（100人·d）]和52.15 DDDs/（100人·d）.两年相比,使用强度最高的均为头孢类抗菌药物,排序前十位的抗菌药物品种基本相同.重症监护室、肝胆外科、急诊日间病房、关节科、泌尿外科、神经外科一病区、胃肠外科连续2年抗菌药物使用强度在前十位之列2011年分别为193.68、107.94、97.12、91.32、89.93、89.48、87.81 DDDs/（100人·d）,2012年分别为157.91、130.19、93.58、83.58、88.58、85.94 DDDs/（100人·d）].结论 本院2011年及2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用强度均不符合国家规定,但2012年较2011年有所下降.医院抗菌药物使用以头孢类为主,喹诺酮类抗菌药物有滥用现象.2012年较2011年抗菌药物使用逐渐合理,医院应进一步加强抗菌药物使用的监督和管理.

Analysis of antibiotics use density in the year of 2011-2012 of hospital

Objective To analyze antibiotics use density（AUD） in the year of 2011-2012 of our hospital for reference of rational use of drug.Methods To retrieve AUD of 2011 and 2012 of our hospital using the software of AUD provided by information centre.Results The AUD of 2011 and 2012 of our hospital were 54.02 DDDs and 52.15 DDDs.The highest AUD of two years both are cephalosporin antibiotic,the variety of the top 10 antibiotics were basically the same.The AUD of intensive care unit,department of hepticbile surgery,emergency room,department of wrist,department of urology,department 1 of cerebral surgery and department of gastrointestinal surgery were in the top 10 for two years running 2011 were 193.68,107.94,97.12,91.32,89.93,89.48,87.81 DDDs/（100 cases · d） ; 2012 were 157.91,130.19,93.58,83.58,88.58,85.94,110.83 DDDs/（100 cases · d）].Conclusion Both of the AUD of 2011 and 2012 of our hospital are not comply with state standards,but it has have descendent tendency.It gradually rationally on using antibiotics.More effort should be made to control and supervise antibiotics.
