甲状腺肿瘤外科治疗134例临床分析

目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤外科手术治疗的临床合理性与安全性。方法选择2008年1月至2012年12月新沂市人民医院外科手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤患者134例,对其临床资料、手术疗效及随访结果进行分析及总结。结果 121例良性甲状腺肿瘤患者中暂时性喉返神经损伤13例(10.7%),永久性喉返神经损伤2例(1.6%),甲状旁腺功能低下5例(4.1%)。13例恶性甲状腺肿瘤患者中出现暂时性喉返神经损伤3例(23.0%),永久性喉返神经损伤1例(7.6%),甲状腺功能低下1例(7.6%)。所有甲状腺肿瘤患者术后并发症的发病率为18.6%。结论外科手术治疗可靠、有效,能显著降低术后并发症及复发率。

Clinical Analysis on the Surgical Treatment for 134 Cases of Thyroid Neoplasms

Objective To explore the clinical rationality and security of surgical treatment for thyroid neoplasms.Methods A total of 134 cases of patients with thyroid neoplasmsadmitted in Xinyi People＇s Hospital from Jan.2008 to Dec.2012 were collected,their clinical records,surgical efficacy and follow-up results were analyzed.Results Among the 121 cases of benign thyroid neoplasms,thirteen cases of temporary laryngeal nerve paralysis occurred（10.7 %）,two cases of permanent laryngeal nerve paralysis occurred（1.6%）,and five cases of hypoparathyroidism occurred（4.1%）.Among the 13 cases of malignant thyroid neoplasms,three cases of temporary laryngem nerve paralysis occurred（23.0%）,one case of permanent laryngeal nerve paralysis occurred（7.6%）,and one case of hypoparathyroidism occurred（7.6%）.The whole incidence of postoperative complications was 18.6%.Conclusion Surgical treatment for thyroid neoplasms is effective and reliable,which can significantly reduce the postoperative complications and recurrence rate.
