摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对骨折的影响。方法选择新西兰大耳白兔70只,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和VEGF组,制作左侧桡骨中段骨折模型,对照组给予青霉素消炎处理,VEGF组在对照组用药的基础上,耳缘静脉推注VEGF。分别于术后8、24、72 h和1、3、5、8周测定两组动物骨折端相关因子的表达情况。结果两组新西兰大耳白兔伤后不同时相骨折端碱性成纤维细胞生长因子1(bFGF1)的表达均是逐渐升高降低的过程,VEGF组每一时点bFGF1分泌量均高于对照组(P<0.01);两组新西兰大耳白兔的骨化程度在手术后1、2、3周的例数比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折愈合是一个多因子均参与及协调的过程,VEGF可能属于其中一种极为重要的因子,在骨折愈合中发挥着至关重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the impact of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) on fracture healing.Methods Total of 70 rabbits were divided into control group and VEGF group by random number table,then left radius fracture model was made.The control group was given penicillin,and VEGF group was given intraveneous injection of VEGF through ear vein on the basis of penicillin.Fracture related factor expression status after 8 homs,24 homs,72 homs and 1,3,5,8 weeks after operation of both groups were measured.Results bFGF1 expression at different time points,different groups,and different time points ·different groups were different(P 〈 0.05).The ossification degree at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks after operation were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Fracture healing process requires muhiple factors to involve and coordinate,in which VEGF may serve as an important factor and play a crucial role.
