曲美他嗪与硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效对比研究

目的探讨曲美他嗪及硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,为科学的临床用药提供指导。方法选择2011年2月至2012年3月兴化市第三人民医院收治的接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者160例,依据抽签法分为两组:曲美他嗪组(80例)口服曲美他嗪治疗,每日3次,每次2片;硝酸甘油组(80例)静脉滴注硝酸甘油治疗,每日1次,每次20 mg。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果曲美他嗪组总有效率显著高于硝酸甘油组(91.25%vs 67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。曲美他嗪组心电图的总有效率也显著的高于硝酸甘油组(88.75%vs62.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在药物的安全性评价上,曲美他嗪组的药物安全性高显著高于硝酸甘油组(97.50%vs 80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床应用上,曲美他嗪疗效显著,是一种值得在临床上大力推广的药品。

Comparative Study on the Clinical Effect of Trimetazidine and Nitroglycerin on the Treatment for Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Trimetazidine and Nitroglycerin on the treatment for Angina pectoris and to provide scientific guidance for clinical medication.Methods A total of 160 cases of patients with angina pectoris admitted in Xinghua Third People＇s Hospital from Feb.2011 to Mar.2012 were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots：patients in trimetazidine group（80 cases） were treated with orally taken trimetazidine,3 times per day and 2 pills per time and patients in nitroglycerin group （80 cases） were treated with intravenous infusion of nitroglycerin,1 time per day and 20 mg per time.The clinical efficacy and security of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of trimetazidine group was much higher than that of simvastatin group（91.25% vs 67.50%）,the difference wasstatistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram of trimetazidine group was much higher than that of simvastatin group（88.75 vs 62.50%）,the difference wasstatistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The security rate of trimetazidine group was much higher than that of simvastatin group（97.5 % vs 80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Trimetazidine has more significant effect on the treatment for angina pectoris,which is worth recommending in clinical practice.
