牙周干预治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨牙周干预治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）伴慢性牙周炎患者生活质量的影响.方法 选择2010年6月至2011年6月确诊为中重度COPD伴慢性牙周炎患者87例,完全随机分为干预组（43例）和对照组（44例）.干预组进行牙周干预治疗.记录2组患者基线及干预1年后圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）评分.结果 干预组治疗后SGRQ总分、活动度和社会影响评分与本组治疗前总分：（38±8）分比（46±7）分,活动度：（43±7）分比（56±10）分,社会影响：（30±8）分比（38±9）分]和对照组治疗后总分、活动度和社会影响评分分别为（47±10）、（56±9）、（38±9）分]差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,症状评分与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 牙周干预治疗可改善中重度COPD伴慢性牙周炎患者的生活质量,提示牙周干预治疗对COPD的积极作用.

Effect of periodontal intervention on the quality of life of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To research the effect of periodontal intervention on the quality of life in terms of St George＆#39;s Respiratory Questionnaire（SGRQ） scores before and after periodontal intervention among moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients with chronic periodontal disease （CP）. Methods Forty-three COPD patients with CP had periodontal intervention; 44 patients were as controls. SGRQ scores of two groups were measured at the baseline and one year after periodontal intervention. Results Compared with the control group after treatment total：（47±10）scores, activity：（56±9）scores, impact：（38±9） scores]and the baseline, the test group showed significant reduction in the total scoresbefore：（46±7）scores, after：（38±8）scores], activity scores and before：（56±10）scores, after：（43±7）scores]and impact scores before：（38±9）scores, after ：（30±8）scores]（P〈0.05）; the symptom scores showed insignificant differences. Conclusion The SGRQ scores of COPD patients with CP are reduced, which suggests that periodontal intervention maybe play a positive role in COPD treatment.
