| 摘 要： | 辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)是两类不同于Th1和Th2的CD4+T淋巴细胞。Th17具有极强的促炎症作用,Treg可有效地调控自身免疫性疾病并维持自身免疫耐受。两者的平衡对维持内环境稳定起着重要的作用,失衡则可能引起免疫应答异常,并与多种疾病发生、发展密切相关。近年来随着对两者研究的不断深入,其在心血管系统中的作用逐渐引起人们的关注。

| Abstract: | T-helper 17 cells（Th17） and CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ regulatory T cells（Treg） are two original subsets of lymphocytes distinguished from Th1 and Th2 cells.Th17 has strong pro-inflammatoU effects.Treg can control autoimmune diseases and maintain immune tolerance effectively.The balance of Th17 and Treg plws important roles in homeostasis,while their imbalance m cause dysimmunity.Here is to make a review of the functions of Th17 and Treg in cardiovascular disease. |
