精神分裂症患者家属心理状况调查及心理干预分析

目的调查精神分裂症患者家属的心理状况并针对存在的问题进行心理干预。方法随机选取2011年2月至2013年5月衡水市精神病医院收治的精神分裂症住院患者一级直系家属70例为研究对象,通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)和生活质量问卷对患者家属的心理状况和生活质量进行调查,并采取针对性的心理干预。结果精神分裂症患者家属SCL-90各因子评分均显著高于国内常模,且经过住院期间心理干预,SCL-90各因子评分显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过心理干预,精神分裂症对患者家属生活负担、生活的影响、身体不适、社交及睡眠质量等方面均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康水平显著低于普通常人,科学合理的心理干预则能显著改善心理状况,提高患者家属的生活质量。

Investigation on the Psychological Condition of Schizophrenia Family Members and Analysis on Psychological Intervention for Them

Objective To investigate the mental status of family members of patients with schizophrenia and apply mental intervention against existing problems,in order to find scientific and reasonable psychological intervention method to treat the mental problems of family members of patients with schizophreniathe.Methods A total of 70 family members of the hospitalized patients with schizophrenia admitted in Hengshui City Mental Hospital from Feb.2011 to May 2013 were randomly selected as the research objects,by the self -assessment lists of symptom （SCL-90） and the quality of life questionnaire,the psychological condition and life quality of those family members were investigated,and corresponding psychological intervention were applied among them.Results Scores of every SCL-90 factor of the family members of patients with schizophrenia were significantly higher than domestic norm,and after psychological intervention during hospitalization,such scores significantly dropped than before the intervention,there were statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.By psychological intervention for family members of patients with schizophrenia,their burden of life,physical discomfort,influence on social and family life as well as the quality of sleep was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The mental health of family members of patients with schizophrenia were significantly worse than ordinary people,scientific and reasonable psychological intervention can significantly improve their psychological conditions,and improve their life quality.
