益气缩泉汤治疗老年男性脑梗死恢复期合并尿失禁的效果分析

目的 探讨中药益气缩泉汤对老年男性脑梗死恢复期合并尿失禁患者的治疗效果.方法 将60例老年男性脑梗死恢复期合并尿失禁患者按随机数字表分为常规治疗组及益气缩泉汤组,每组30例.常规治疗组按脑梗死常规治疗和护理,益气缩泉汤组在常规治疗组基础上给予中药汤剂口服治疗.14 d为1个疗程,以自行排尿情况测定为疗效评估点,观察2组患者排尿障碍改善情况.结果 治疗前益气缩泉汤组72 h尿频次为（45±10）次,单次尿量（90±24） ml;常规治疗组72 h尿频次为（46±10）次,单次尿量（89±26） ml.治疗后益气缩泉汤组72 h尿频次（22±14）次,单次尿量（321±109） ml,常规治疗组72 h尿频次（36±19）次,单次尿量（195±l16）ml.治疗后2组患者72 h尿频次均低于本组治疗前,单次尿量均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）,益气缩泉汤组治疗后72 h尿频次较常规治疗组治疗后明显减低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,单次尿量明显高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.治疗后益气缩泉汤组治疗有效率为86.7％（26/30）,明显高于常规治疗组的56.7％（17/30）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 益气缩泉汤治疗老年男性脑梗死恢复期尿失禁效果明显.

Curative effect of Tonifying qi suoquan decoction on elderly male with urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction convalescence

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tonifying qi suoquan decoction on elderly male patients with urinary incontinence of cerebral infarction convalescence.Methods Totally 60 elderly male patients of cerebral infarction convalescence with urinary incontinence were randomly divided into Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group and routine treatment group.The Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group was treated with conventional cerebral infarction therapy,while the routine treatment group was also treated with oral medication of Chinese decoction based on Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group.One treatment course was 14 days; self-micturition determination was taken as curative effect evaluation point ; improvement of urination disorders of patients in two groups was observed.Results Before treatment,in routine treatment group,urination frequency was （45 ± 10） times per 72 h,and urine volume was （90 ± 24）ml each time; while in Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group,urinary frequency was （46 ± 10） times per 72 h,with urine volume of （89 ± 26） ml each time; after treatment,in routine treatment group,urination frequency was （22 ± 14） times per 72 h,and urine volume was （321 ± 109）ml each time; while in Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group,urinary frequency was （36 ± 19） times per 72 h,with urine volume of （195 ± 116）ml each time.The urination frequencies per 72 h of patients in two groups after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05）,and urine volumes each time after treatment were higher than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05） ; after treatment,the urination frequency per 72h of patients in treatment group was clearly lower than that of Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group （P 〈 0.05） ; urine volume each time in routine treatment group was significantly better than that in Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group （P 〈 0.01）.After treatment,the therapy efficiency of routine treatment group was 86.7% （26/30）,which was significantly higher than 56.7% （17/30） in Tonifying qi suoquan decoction group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Tonifying qi suo quan decoction has an effective curative effect on elderly male patients with urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction convalescence.
