电针穴位对内脏-耳穴反应的影响

摘    要:<正> 临床和实验研究皆证实,内脏疾患可引起耳廓导电量增加和低电阻点增多的反应。此种反应可能有部位上的相对特异性,可称之为内脏—耳穴反应。这一内脏与耳廓相联系的现象与中医的经穴脏腑相联系的现象一致。但是,内脏、耳穴、体穴三者之间是否有关?针刺某一穴位除能调整内脏功能外是否能对内脏—经穴反应有一定的影响?这也是很有意义的课题。本实验是以电刺激胃迷走神经或电刺激心脏引起耳廓特异部位的导电量增加和低电阻点增多,再电针相应体穴或对侧耳廓相应点观察对内脏—耳穴反应的影响,来进一步研究经穴脏腑的关系。


THE EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON VISCERAL AURICULAR POINT RESPONSE IN RABBITS
Abstract:In the present study, the following experiments were performed on rabbits to evalute the relationship between acupuncture points and visce- ral organs. 1. The effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at "Zusanli" point on auricular responsive points induced by stimulating gastricus vagus. 2. The effect of EA at "Neiguan" point on auricular responsive points induced by stimulating the heart. 3. The effect of EA auricular point on auricu- lar responsive points induecd by stimulating the heart. Measurements were taken on the acupoints of the left side and EA was delivered on the corresponding acupoints of the right side. Methods: For stimulation, a pair of special silver electrode was implanted, under aseptic condition, around the ventralis gastricus branch of the va- gus or in musculus pectoralis in front of the heart and near the esopha- gus at the back of the heart. When recovered from the operation about 7 days, the animals were stimulated in awake condition. During cardiac stimulation,the animals were examined by ECG which serves as an objective index for effectiveness of stimulation. Auricular resistance was measured with high frequency AC dermome- ter once every day before stimulation for 3 days and after stimulation until recovery. Results: 1. After stimulating the ventralis gastricus branch of the vagus, the number of auricular low resistance points(LRP)was increased obviously in abdomen area of auricular, which last for about one week till recovering to the control level. During stimulation, a response of excess- ive secretion of saliva and nasal mucus occured before the increase of LRP. In the group of stimulating gastricus vagus and EA at "Zusanli" the obvious increase of LRP lasting only for 3 days, was less than that in the group of stimulating gastricus vagus alone. The excessive secre- tion of saliva and nasal mucus werealso supressed by EA. 2. After cardi- ac stimulation alone, an obvious increase in number of auricular LRP appeared mainly in thoracic area and maintained for about 3 days, which was significant, as compared with pre-stimulation leve. A change of ECG was found simultaneously. After cardiac stimulation and EA at "Nei- guan", a less increase in number of auricular LRP was observed. The significant variation lasted only for one day. The change of ECG was less evident that in the group of stimulating the heart alone. 3. After cardiac stimulation, an increase in LRP and change in ECG were also observed. But when the corresponding response points of theopposite side were stimulated every day after cardiac stimulation, the number of LRP decreased rapidly from the highist peak and recovered to the pre-stimu- lation level. The above results indicates that, a significant increase in number of auricular LRP of specific region could be induced by chronic stimulstion of visceral or their distributed nerves, i.e. Viscera-Auricular point Re- sponse. This response could be inhibited by EA at body poins or auri- cular points of the opposite side to a ceratain extent. This suggests the existence of a close relationship between triqartition-body points, au- ricular points and visceralorgans.
