广西武鸣县1980-2006年乙类传染病动态分析

目的揭示乙类传染病的分布、演变规律,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法对1980-2006年武鸣县各年的疫情报表进行统计,归类与分析。结果武鸣县1980-2006年乙类传染病总发病率明显下降,尤其有免疫手段的传染病下降最为明显,90年代后白喉、脊髓灰质炎百日?己无病例发生。麻疹、乙脑、流脑发病率分别下降至0.57/10万、0.07/10万和0.02/10万。新传染病防治法颁布后,传染病种类的分类以性接触为主要传播的淋病发病率居首位,传染性肝炎、肺结核居第2、3位,艾滋病发病率出现上升趋势。结论武鸣县经性接触传播的传染病如淋病、梅毒、艾滋病;肠道传染病如传染性肝炎、痢疾;呼吸道传染病如肺结核等是当前影响居民身体健康不可忽视的病种,应引起各级政府和有关部门的重视。

The Analysis of B Infectious Diseases in Wuming County from 1980 to 2006

Objective To analyze the occurrence,prevalence and variations of Categories B infectious diseases in last twenty six years in Wuming County.Methods The data concerning the legal reported infectious diseases in the last twenty six years in Wuming County were collected and statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of categories B infectious diseases in Wuming County have decreased significantly,especially which can be prevented by vaccination.After 1990s,Diphtheria,Poliomylitis,Pertussis have no case.The incidence of Measles,Japanese B Encephalitis,Cerebrospinal Meningitis decrease to 0.57/100,000,0.07/100,000 and 0.02/100,000.After the promulgation of the new "Law of Infectious Disease Prevention and Contro",the incidence of gonorrhea which is sexually transmitted diseases is On top of the list.Hepatitis and tuberculosis are on the second and third.The incidence of AIDS has a upward trend.Conclusion Currently,three kinds of disease are gradually becoming challenges,and must be payed enough attention.They are sexually transmitted diseases,such as gonorrhea,syphilis,AIDS,intestinal infectious diseases such as hepatitis,dysentery,respiratory infectious diseases,such as pulmonary tuberculosis.
