氯胺酮对大鼠快速发育期大脑认知功能影响的研究进展

摘    要:通过多种动物行为学测试方法发现氯胺酮能够诱导啮齿类动物快速发育期大脑的大量神经元凋亡导致认知功能障碍。其功能损害表现在空间认知能力,学习记忆能力等多方面。但是,在临床中尚未得到证实,氯胺酮对脑发育的影响成为目前的研究重点,其机制的阐明可能对新生儿麻醉用药剂量的合理选用和新药的开发具有指导意义。

Abstract:A series of studies showed that ketamine can induce a large number of rapid development of brain neurons leads to cognitive dysfunction by animal ethology test methods. The functional lesion displayed in spatial cognitive performance,learning,memory and other aspects,but not yet been confirmed in clinical, ketamine effect on brain development was the current research focus,to clarify its mechanism may be a instructive significance to reasonable dose of neonatal narcotic drug selection and development of new drugs. The paper reviewed briefly the salient features of these findings on Ketamine.
