| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察低分子肝素 (LMWH)治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)的临床疗效。方法 :6 6例UAP患者随机分为常规治疗组 (对照组 )及常规治疗 +速避凝组 (治疗组 ) ,疗程为 1周 ,每日一次 ,皮下注射。结果 :治疗 1周后 ,总有效率 :治疗组85 74 % ,对照组 5 8 0 6 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :低分子肝素通过降低血粘度 ,改善微循环 ,有效控制心绞痛发作 ,减少心梗发生率

Observation on clinical effect of fraxiparine in the treating unstable angina pectoris |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical treatment effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:Sixty six cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly allocated into the control group(of normal treatment) and treating group(normal treatment combined with Fraxiparing),the therapeutic course was one week.Results:The effective rate was 85 74% in the treating group and 58 06% in the control group after one week(P<0 05).Conclusion:It is suggested that LMWH could improve the microcirculation by lowering blood viscosity,thus to alleviate the clinical symptoms and decrease incidence of myocardial infraction. |
