鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术156例分析

为了评价鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术的疗效，对１５６例鼻窦炎，鼻息肉患者行为窥镜鼻窦手术，其中男１０３例，女５３例，年龄１５￣６５岁，计功能性鼻内窦镜手术６５例，全筛窦开放术３９例，全蝶筛窦开放术４５例，上颌窦囊肿摘除术７例，术后随访３￣１２月，观察手术疗效。

Endoscopic sinus surgery:clincal aspect with 156 cases

To evaluate curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. One hundred fifty-six patients (284 sides) with sinusitis and polyps were received endoscopic sinus surgery. In this series, 103 males and 53 females were included, of which, 65 (122 sides) were treated with functional ethmoidectomy, 39 (69 sides ) with total ethmoidectomy, 45 (86 sides) with sphenoethmoidectomy and 7 (7 sides) with maxillary sinus surgery. All patints were followed up for 3 to 12 months. Nasal obstruction disappeared completely in 135 cases (135/138), headache remitted in 99 cases (99/110), 138 case (138/140) were free from purulent nasal discharge, smell recovered in 48 cases (48/69); and healed by first inten tion in 65. 4% of patients and by second intention in 19. 2%, 9. 6% were improved, 5. 8% were unchanged or worse:and the effective rate was 94. 2%. The blood loss was more than 300ml in 3 (1. 9 % ) patients. The curative effect of ESS was successful.
