| 摘 要： | 区域卫生规划是在对区域内社会经济文化、自然条件、卫生等因素进行综合分析的基础上,针对区域内的主要卫生问题编制的,是区域内国民经济与社会发展规划的重要组成部分。区域卫生规划编制的工作程序:成立编制组织、收集与分析统计信息资料、编制区域卫生规划、规划方案的论证与评价和规划的送审与立法。

| Abstract: | Regional Health Programme, a major part of the programme of national economy and social development in the region, is drawn up in accordance with the main health matters and is based on the comprehensive analysis of social economy and culture, natural condition, health factors, and etc.The work procedures drawing up regional health programme are:to set up the organization; to collect and analyze information and materials; to work out the regional health programme;to demonstrate and evaluate the programme;and finally to check and legislate. |
