健康教育在老年髋部骨折并发症预防中的作用

目的 观察老年髋部骨折病人在并发症预防中实施健康教育的效果。方法 对154例60岁以上髋部骨折病人随机分为健康教育组和对照组，每组77例，对照组进行常规护理，健康教育组在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育。结果 两组在肺部感染、泌尿系感染、便秘、关节僵硬方面经x^2检验，P＜0．05，有显性差异，平均卧床天数和住院天数经t检验，均P＜0．05，病人平均满意度从86％上升至98．7％。结论 健康教育在老年髋部骨折病人并发症的预防中有明显作用。

Health education in the prevention of complications from senile hip fracture

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of health education in prevention of complications from senile hip fracture.Methods154 over-60-year-old patients of hip fracture were evenly divided into the health education group and the control group evenly. In the health education group, health education was performed to the 77 patients, while in the control just routine nursing was done to the rest 77 cases.Results Between the 2 groups, constipation, arthridesis and infections in lung and urinary system were all of significant difference respectively by t -test ( P <0.05). Average days of staying in bed and days of hospitalization were both significant by t -test as well ( P <0.05). The rate for claiming satisfaction increased from 86% to 98.7%.ConclusionHealth education exerts marked influence on the prevention of complications from senile hip fracture. It can shorten patients' hospitalization and raise the life quality of senile patients.
