急性冠脉综合症介入治疗的临床观察

目的 观察急性冠脉综合症(ACS)病人经皮冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)N(或)支架置人术的安全性和有效性。方法 46例ACS病人不稳定型心绞痛36例，急性Q波心肌梗死8例，非Q波心肌梗死2例；单支病变12例，双支病变24例，三支病变10例。分别行PTCA和(或)支架置人术。结果 成功45例，失败1例，成功病例血管TIMI均恢复为Ⅲ级。随诊2～22个月，4例有心绞痛发作，但均能用药物控制。结论 PTCA和(或)支架置人术是ACS病人安全有效的治疗方法，也是目前治疗冠心病最有效的方法。

Clinical observation of coronary intervention for acute coronary artery syndrome

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficiency and safety of percutaneous trans luninal coronary angioplasty(PTCA)in acute coronary artery syndrome(ACS).Methods PTCA or PTCA with coronary artery stent(CS)were performed in all patients,in which 36 patients with unstable angina pectoris.8patients with Q-wave myocardial infarction,2patient with non Q-wave myocardial infarction;and 12patients with single-vessel coronary disease.24patients with double-vessel coronary diasease, 10patients with triple-vessel coronary disease.Resaults PTCA were succeed in 45 patients,in which all of them were TIMI 3 flow.With follow-up 2-22 months,there were angina attack in 4 patients,which cn he controlled by taking medicine. Conclusions PTCA+CS is a efficient and safety therapeutic maneuver in patients with ACS.
