| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨纳洛酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法：将39例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分成纳洛酮治疗组23例及利巴韦林对照组16例，治疗组给予纳络酮0．01-0．03mg／（kg·次），加入葡萄糖，每隔8h静脉滴注1次，连用10～14d为1个疗程；对照组给予利巴韦林10mg／（kg·d），每天2次，疗程为10-14d，两组患儿均接受病毒性脑炎的常规治疗，对对照组患儿的临床表现及治疗效果进行观察。结果：纳洛酮治疗组在退热、惊厥控制、头痛呕吐消失、意识转清等方面的平均时间较利巴韦林对照组明显缩短。结论：纳络酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎疗效显著，作用迅速，安全性好，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of naloxone in the treatment of pediatric viral encephalitis.Methods:39 children with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into the treatment group (23 cases) and ribavirin in the control days.Two groups of children with viral encephalitis have accepted the conventional treatment.The clinical manifestations and the effect of control group were observed.Results:The effect of naloxone was significantly better than ribavirin, in the average time of antipyretic,headache and vomiting disappeared,and turned clear sense.Condusion:Naloxone is a significant role in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis,it is safety and well worthy to be popularized. |
