刘松江教授治疗结肠癌经验浅谈

黑龙江省名中医刘松江教授运用中医药治疗结肠癌，常从病机出发，认为发病根本原因是正气亏虚、阴阳失调，主要病理因素是痰、湿、瘀、毒、虚，强调“肝”及地域饮食因素的影响。治疗从证候要素角度出发，以恢复阴阳平衡为治疗目标，运用复法大方，兼顾全局，使中医药治疗贯穿从“防”到“治”的各个阶段，充分体现了中医药治疗结肠癌的特点和优势，笔者随师侍诊，对刘师诊治该病的要点在本文中进行了总结。

Professor Liu Songjiang' s experience for treating colon cancer

Professor Liu Songjiang thinks that the main cause of colon cancer may be qi deficiency，yin or yang deficiency，in which dampness，blood stasis and toxic would happen，and stresses that the impact of liver qi and regional dietary.Therefore，the treatment，based on syndrome differentiation，is to restore yin-yang balance，using classical formula，holism and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) through from"prevention" to "cure"，and which embody the unique features and advantages of TCM.The author summarizes key points of diagnosis and treatment of the disease in this article.
